Here at the Cades Cove Gallery Online Store, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one and that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your online purchase, please, review the information below for refund or replacement information.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
ALL PRODUCT (Photographic Prints, Metal Prints, and other online products)
If you receive product that has been damaged in shipping, please, e-mail us (contact us here) with a description of the issue, your name, and your order # within 7 days of order receipt. We will work with you to replace the damaged item. Please, note that we may request pictures of the damaged packaging and product to provide to the shipping company.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
ALL PRODUCT (Photographic Prints, Metal Prints, and other online products)
If you receive product that appears to have a manufacturing defect, please, e-mail us (contact us here) with a description of the issue, your name, and your order # within 7 days of order receipt. We will work with you to replace an item that is defective. Please, note that we may request pictures of the defective product to help process your request.
OTHER RETURNS
DOES NOT APPLY TO PHOTOGRAPHIC OR METAL PRINTS
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturing defect, please, e-mail us (contact us here) with your request, your name, and your order # to begin the return process. Return requests must be received within 7 days of order receipt. Product that is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund; however, you will need to pay for the return shipping. Please, follow the instructions below.
- Once you have contacted us and gotten approval to return your product, package it safely in the original packaging along with a copy of your order invoice.
- Ship by your company of choice and pay accordingly. We recommend to ship with a tracking number.

- When we receive and confirm the undamaged and unused product, we will initiate a refund and send you confirmation of such. Please, note that the length of time for the refund to post to your account will vary and will depend upon the payment method / processor (i.e. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc…).
